Can I come on my own?

Probably the most often asked and the answer is definitely yes!

Around 80% of our clients come on their own and always leave having made a good group of friends. The foundation of our retreats is teamwork, we workout together, we eat together, we hike together and we enjoy the experience together. You do spend a lot of time as a group so friendships develop very quickly!

What is included in the cost?

  •  Accommodation

  • Wellness education workshops

  • Weigh in consultation and body composition assessment

  • All workouts, walks and workshops inclusive of:

    • HIIT​

    • Pilates

    • Local hikes

    • Supple strength

    • Personal Training

What is not included in the cost?

  • Flights and transfers

  • Optional onsite treatments e.g. Physiotherapy, sports massage or beauty treatments.​

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

Yes we do.

Before the retreat starts everyone is sent a dietary questionnaire so our catering staff can prepare nutritious meals to suit your needs. Once you have arrived at the retreat we cannot change your dietary requests so make sure you tell us what you'd like to eat!

Do I need a base level of fitness before I attend?

Our personal training team welcome everyone of all abilities, however to be able to get the most out of your stay and to aid injury prevention, our in-house Physiotherapist recommends building up to exercising/walking 2-3x a week before you arrive.

What if I can't manage every workouts every day?

That is absolutely fine!

We deliver a mixture of high impact and low impact sessions each day. For every high impact workout, you can choose the lower impact or recovery alternative. If you feel you need a well earned break then feel free to relax by the pool or book onto a treatment instead.

For maximum results we advise to stick to our schedule but we understand this is not for everyone and the sun loungers can be very tempting!

 

What do I need to pack?

Your whole wardrobe - just kidding :-) 

A full kit list will be issued on booking but think gym clothes, more gym clothes, outdoor clothing and footwear.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to illness

In the event a guest has to withdraw from the course due to medical reasons, the deposit and any additional funds paid are transferable to another event/retreat with Accomplish Fitness Retreats. A valid doctor’s note will be required.


Cancellation due to organiser

In the unlikely event that the fitness weekend is cancelled, a full refund will be granted, alternatively you may transfer to another event, to the equivalent value.

Injuries

It is you, the guest's responsibility to inform the team of any injury/medical conditions when booking and before the start of every session and retreat. It is advisable that you consult a doctor or physician before attending the retreat to ensure you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other activity that has been arranged.

If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity organised for you, you must stop immediately and advise the teacher(s) accordingly for referral to our onsite physiotherapist.

The Accomplish Fitness Retreat team hold no responsibility for illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal belongings at any time, nor will any compensation be issued in such case.

The Accomplish Fitness Retreat team reserves the right to stop your participation in any activity, at any time, if we conclude that you are physically, mentally or emotionally unable to do so.

General:
Cancellations up to 12 weeks in advance - Full refund.
Cancellations up to 10 weeks in advance - 70% refund.
Cancellations up to 8 weeks in advance - 50% refund.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks in advance - No refund.
